1. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 2 – 5 working days, depending on your city.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available nationwide.
3. What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250/- per order. Orders above Rs. 2500/- qualify for free shipping.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS/Email so you can track your package online.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Please note: due to hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned once opened.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer (coming soon: online card payments).
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
