Exchanges & Returns
At Stylonic, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
How to Request an Exchange/Return:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the simple process.
- Once approved, you can send the item back to our return address.
Refunds & Processing:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, once we receive and inspect the item.
- Exchange orders will be shipped after the returned item is received.
Note: If the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
